Ruam Chok" Thai fresh market
Is located in the north eastern part of Chiang Mai. In my view point, it's the most clean & well managed market in Chiang Mai. There are beautiful fresh vegetable, fruits, meats, seafood, ready to eat food, dessert and northern Thai food section.On the South-western side on the market have many vegetable sellers here. Most of vegetable come from Northern area of Thailand.
Although I have a herb & vegetable garden at my home but I still have to buy mushroom, potato, onion, Thai garlic, Thai shallot for our cooking class.
A straw mushroom เห็ดฟาง Hed-Fang is absolutely delicious with Thai soup.
